Grown-ups’ part
Come along, keep it short and fun, and let the kids lead the looking and asking. You handle anything that involves calling, sending or sharing.
Think about it
What was the most common piece of litter? What could stop it from ending up there?
Safety and respect
Wear gloves, use a grabber if you have one, and leave needles, glass and anything sharp or unknown for a grown-up to report to the city. Stay off roads.
